The rules of the road.

Yurify is a decision-support communication tool. It produces probabilistic, AI-generated reads of communication patterns to help you reflect, prepare, rehearse, and rewrite messages. Yurify is not a medical, psychological, legal, HR, or safety adjudication system, and it is not a substitute for qualified human judgement.

You agree not to use Yurify to:

• Make employment, disciplinary, performance, promotion, termination, medical, legal, or safety decisions about any person as the sole or primary basis.
• Profile, score, or analyse minors (people under 18) or known vulnerable individuals.
• Conduct covert surveillance, eavesdropping, or analysis of communications you do not have a lawful basis to process.
• Discriminate against, harass, or build profiles of people based on protected characteristics such as race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, political opinion, or union membership.
• Deploy Yurify outputs in workplace emotion-recognition systems prohibited by the EU AI Act (Art. 5(1)(f)).
• Resell, sublicense, or expose the service to third parties without a written agreement.
• Submit content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, CSAM, or otherwise harmful.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.

When you analyse communications involving third parties, you act as the data controller. Each time you create a stakeholder record, you confirm that you have a lawful basis under GDPR or equivalent law to process that person's data, and you undertake to honour their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection.

All analyses, rewrites, drafts, and recommendations produced by Yurify are AI-generated. They may contain errors, omissions, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing every output before relying on it, sharing it, or acting on it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Yurify. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Yurify is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor that AI outputs will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yurify Pte. Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Yurify harmless from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, your processing of third-party data without a lawful basis, or your use of Yurify outputs to make decisions about other people.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms, or for risk to other users or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time from your data & rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence apply.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in-app and will require renewed acceptance. The current version is 2026-06-14.
