Yurify is a preparation and reflection tool for high-stakes professional conversations. It reads material you submit and returns structured insight: likely concerns, communication risk, trust impact, a suggested next step, and an optimised rewrite. It is built to sharpen your own judgement before you send something or walk into a room.

• Not a hiring, performance management, promotion, discipline, or termination decision tool.
• Not a lie detector, deception detector, surveillance system, or background check.
• Not for analysing the communications of children under 18.

Yurify runs on large language models. Every output is a statistical prediction rather than a statement of fact, so it can be incomplete, out of date, biased, or simply wrong. Two runs on the same text may differ. Apply your own judgement, and seek qualified professional advice where the stakes call for it.

You agree not to rely on Yurify output for any consequential decision about a person, including employment, promotion, discipline or termination, education or admissions, credit or insurance underwriting, housing, immigration, law enforcement or security clearance, clinical diagnosis or treatment, or as evidence in litigation or family proceedings.

If you submit messages or transcripts written by someone else, you confirm you have a lawful basis to do so, for example because the message was sent to you, you have the author's consent, or applicable law permits the use. You remain responsible for that content. Where you record a named colleague or client, Yurify asks you to confirm that basis before storing anything about them.

Where we detect an EU, EEA, UK, or Swiss location and the relationship is a workplace one, emotion inference is suppressed in the interface in line with the EU AI Act. You will still receive the practical guidance, without inferred emotional state labels.

Using Yurify does not create a therapist, clinician, or lawyer relationship between you and Yurify or its people. If you or someone else is in danger, contact local emergency services. In Singapore, dial 999 for police or 995 for an ambulance.

Yurify does not take legally significant decisions about anyone by automated means. Output is presented for human review and is designed to support your reasoning, not replace it. Every generated artefact carries a visible AI provenance marker.

Requests are routed through a managed AI gateway to third-party model providers, currently the Google Gemini family. We instruct providers not to train on your content, to the extent their enterprise terms allow. Output quality varies across languages and writing styles, and labels such as "emotion", "real need", or "bias" are interpretive shorthand rather than clinical findings. The current provider list is on our sub-processors page.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Our liability is limited as set out in the terms of service.
